This video will serve as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival and will be mandatory for any claims related to damage, missing items, or discrepancies.

Refund Policy (Online Paid Orders)
At Alpha Appliances, we do not offer cash refunds on purchased items. Refunds may only be processed under the following conditions:
- If the order is cancelled before shipment processing begins
- If the delivered product does not match the original specifications
Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are not issued in cash. Refunds may be processed only if:
- The product received differs from the ordered specifications
Refund Process:
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
- Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days, depending on banking policies
Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide flexibility to our customers; however:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment has been processed
- Orders under Same Day Delivery are not eligible for cancellation
- Orders placed during special promotions or occasions are non-cancellable
Out of Stock Situations
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory:
- If a product becomes unavailable, we may:
- Offer a replacement with a similar product, or
- Process a refund
Return & Exchange Policy
Products purchased from www.alphaappliances.com.pk may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Product is faulty, damaged, or defective at delivery
- Product does not match the description or specifications
Time Frame
- 7 days return/exchange window for all products
- 15 days exchange window for fans
Exchange Conditions
- Customers may exchange items for another product
- Shipping costs (return + re-delivery) will be borne by the customer
Warranty Replacement
- If a product is replaced under warranty and the same variant is unavailable, an equivalent product will be offered
- Warranty will continue from the original purchase date
Important Conditions for Replacement
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Valid proof is required:
- Unboxing video
- Product images
- Order ID / invoice
- If no issue is found after inspection, the same product will be returned
Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- No unboxing video or evidence provided
- Product packaging is damaged or missing
- Invoice is not available
- Minor color or design variations
- Damage reported after 24 hours
- Damage caused by:
- Misuse or mishandling
- Electrical surges
- Unauthorized repairs
- Liquid spills or extreme conditions
- Normal wear and tear
